Local Information Websites

One of the most important parts of selling products and services on your website is to give visitors a reason to come back over and over again.  Yes, you can write interesting tips, give out good information, but sometimes you simply need something extra on your website than none of your competition have.  For example we built a website for a real estate agent and she is amazed how many comments she gets from potential clients about the local information we put on her website.  They talk about how they were able to find a hotel, restaurants, rent a car, find golf courses and even movies playing in the local area all from her site.  People often tell her that her willingness to make sure their trip to the local area here in Florida was easy that it became one of the primary reasons they contacted her when they wanted to buy a home.

And since Google tracks whether or not people come back a second and third time these visitors help to push our client to the top of Google's rankings. (Smile)
